A long-stroke hydraulic pumping unit engineered to replace the conventional beam pump jack — up to 336" of stroke, constant velocity, wellhead-mounted, and a fraction of the weight. Paired with our proprietary smart controller for adaptive pump-off protection and remote SCADA.
Fewer strokes per barrel. Less rod fatigue. Rod stretch becomes a fraction of total stroke.
Controlled accel/decel at reversal points protects rods and tubing from dynamic loads.
vs. 27,000–62,000 lbs for an equivalent beam unit. Fits on an 18' trailer. No concrete base.
Crane-set on wellhead. Can be moved to another well the same day.
